1. SPEAK TO OUR EXPERIENCED ADVISORS

Our experienced Play Park Advisors are on hand to take your call and discuss your plans for the new or existing playground. We can advise on what is the most economical way of adding real value to your project, be it a local community play area, holiday park, leisure attraction or part of a housing development. ESP Play Parks are specialists in Play, Sport and Outdoor Fitness and can be there for you from conception to completion.

2. BOOK IN A FREE SITE VISIT AND CONSULTATION

Our Play Park Advisors will then be able to book in a FREE Site Visit and Consultation with one of our Experience Playground Designers. They will call over and discuss the brief with you and take full dimensions of the site.

3. FREE PLAYGROUND DESIGN SERVICE

Following on from the FREE Site Visit, our in-house design team will then design your Play Area to the brief and budget. Full 3D Design Plans are then generated together with a full itemised quotation. We can even do phased developments too, just discuss this during the site visit and consultation.

4. DESIGN MEETING & DISCUSSION

Once we have completed the full 3D Designs of your new play area, we will then send these to you via email to get your initial thoughts. Changes can then be made to the design. We will then arrange a meeting where one of our Experienced Playground Designers will meet up with you on-site and discuss the project. The designer will also bring A1 Printed Designs to present the new play area. We can also participate in public consultations.

5. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order with ESP Play Parks you will just need to return the signed quotation. From this point your order will be passed to our Operations Team who will then allocate a dedicated Contracts Manager to your Playground Project. They will project manage the whole project and ensure everything runs smoothly.

6. PRE-SITE INSTALLATION MEETING

Your dedicated Contracts Manager will arrange to call over to complete a Pre-Site Installation Meeting. This is where all the Site-Specific RAMS will be completed, and dates confirmed and go through the whole project and timescales.

Site set-up and site security will be started as well as site facilities will be set up. All groundworks, removals, installation of the new equipment and surfacing will be completed within the set timescale.
